- Place your feet shoulder-width apart and stand. Turn your left foot until only your toes are in contact with the ground.

- Do this 8–12 times. After resting, do the same exercise with your right leg.
Hip leg lifts:

- Place your feet hip-width apart to begin. Transfer your weight to your left foot.
- Lift your right foot to the side, no more than six inches off the ground, while maintaining a straight right leg.

- Do the leg lift eight or twelve times. Go back to where you were before and perform another set with your left leg.
Squats:

- To go back to a standing position, tighten your buttocks.

Lunges:

Standing on one leg:
